How to Schedule
We would love to meet you and your furry companion! Send us a text, email, message on Facebook, or fill out the form below to schedule an appointment. Let us know your name, phone number, email, street address, your dog(s) breed and name(s), additional services you may request, and any time preferences you may have. We currently have limited availability, so we'll happily fit in as many pups as we can. Once we receive your message, we'll contact you to get you on the schedule. Once scheduled, you'll get a text confirming your appointment time.
Three days before your grooming date, we'll send a text to remind you of your appointment date and time. Please confirm or let us know if that date no longer works as soon as possible. After you schedule your pet's grooming appointment, we will send you a standard release form to complete. We require records showing each pet has received Rabies, Bordatella, and DHPP vaccinations within the last 12 months, unless we receive a letter from your vet. If your pet has severe matting, is a senior, or has health issues, we may also send a high-risk release form.
We come right to your door! All we need is an outlet for our cord to power our trailer. Our mobile grooming unit is stocked with everything we need to pamper your pup. If you plan to schedule upcoming appointments, we advise doing so as soon as possible to secure your spot. There is also the option of booking for the entire year, as many of our clients do. Appointments are often spaced out by 6-8 weeks. We do, however, have scheduled clients from every 3 weeks to twice a year. It all depends on personal preference and your dog's coat requirements. More than 48 hours before your appointment: 0% Owed
Between 48-24 hours before your appointment : 50 % Owed
Less than 24 hours before your appointment : 100% Owed
Since we are mobile and scheduled to be in various locations daily, it is extremely difficult to fill an unexpected last-minute cancellation with someone in that precise area and timeslot, as each day varies. This is our sole livelihood catering to multiple families. Thus, if an availability unexpectedly arises that we're unable to fill, we lose that revenue. As with all things, we recognize unforeseen situations happen outside of one's control and will assess each instance individually as a business to ensure an overall seamless service.
